Hitachi Multislice CT

A scaleable, multi-detector computer tomography system which is known for its outstanding image quality and popularity, owing to user and patient friendliness.

ECLOS is the latest edition to Hitachi’s CT range. Its high degree of flexibility enables you to have it configured or upgraded from 4 to 8 to 16 slices. The adaptable design allows you to choose the X-Ray tube size according to your requirements.

This cross-sectional imaging device is easy to operate, patient friendly and has low-dose imaging, using advanced filter technology. The automatic positioning system guarantees a smooth workflow.

Clinical Images

Three Dimensional ReySum Reconstruction method of high resolution chest image with slice thickness 5mm reconstructed in every 0,63mm and with pitch 0.9 shows solid tumour in left lung. Maximum Intensity Projection reconstruction of post-contrast abdominal vessels using Adaptive mA and PredictScan angiography options. Visualization of renal arteries and hyper-intensive multiple calcifications in aorta.

Coloured Volume Rendering reconstruction of post-contrast vessels with Adaptive mA and PredictScan options. Detailed visualization of arteries from dissected aorta arch till lower limb.

The same patient as in image 3 – but with Maximum Intensity Projection reconstruction in grey scale. Multiple calcifications in aorta and both arteries are visisble.

Coloured Volume Rendering reconstruction of post-contrast brain vessels showing aneurysm of the common brain artery. Slice thickness 2.5mm reconstructed every 0.63mm, pitch 1.3mm.

Coloured 3D Volume Rendering reconstruction with Cutplane option allows visualization of stomach suspected for cancer. Adaptive mA option used to minimize radiation dose.
